At Campbell Electric & Refrigeration we are local Heat Pump experts. This means we only recommend NZ Heat Pump brands which can cope with low ambient temperatures in winter.

Why does it matter what brand Heat Pump I have?

Winter temperatures in parts of Queenstown, Wanaka & Cromwell can regularly reach as low as -8-12°C overnight, lower than most other parts of New Zealand. When temperatures become too low for certain brands of Heat Pumps they become less efficient and may struggle to produce the right amount of heat.
