Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) – Ventilation
Campbell Electric & Refrigeration (Jason Campbell) hold a IQP, accredited for HVAC Systems. This means we can inspect and issue a Form 12A for a Specified System 9 – Mechanical Ventilation. This will comply with the conditions required for an annual Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF).
Inspections are carried out in line with a building’s compliance schedule and we can advise on repairs needed and estimated costs involved for multi tenancy clients such as Body Corporates, Lodges and Hotel / Motel Owners.
